We provide everything from individual zoom rooms, rooms for client meetings with AV all the way up to a 16 person board room. Our largest meeting room is equipped with the latest and greatest audio visual and technology, making it possible to seamlessly host hybrid meetings with team members who might not be in the area to attend in person. And our friendly and knowledgable team will ensure the entire process is seamless.

We spared no expense when it came to designing our meeting space at Untethered. Yet, while the experience may be high end, our pricing is competitive compared to other offers in the region. Our flexibility means that we do not require a catering contract, hefty deposits, nor do we have other add on fees. Unlike many other meeting locations in the basin, Untethered also has a dedicated fiber line, making video conferencing for the region an unparalleled experience. We are also close to Heavenly Ski Resort Stagecoach Parking Lot; a 10 minute drive from our office. Nevada Beach is only a block away. It is also all too easy to take a hike or mountain bike ride in the mountains directly behind our office. Making our office location is a great place to get work done, recreate, and enjoy the pristine environment that Lake Tahoe provides.
Our meeting spaces range in size for individuals to up to sixteen, and are surrounded by shared building amenities such as casual lounges, copy areas, & kitchens. And of course, lots of excellent coffee.

If you'd prefer, we can make the reservation for you & generate an invoice for you or your company. Advance payment in full is required to hold your reservation. Please ask us about special rates for local non-profit organizations.

Booking & Cancellation Policy:
All half-day and full day reservations are subject to a non-refundable $50 setup fee. All reservations must be approved in advance and paid in full prior to the event. Our team is happy to assist with additional meeting needs such as alternate table & seating arrangements, catering recommendations and coordinations, and lodging recommendations. Additional fees for these services may apply.
We strive to be as flexible as possible with our reservations. However, due to the need to have staff on site for non-member conference room reservations, we do require notice of any cancellations. Cancellation requests should be made by emailing hello@untethered.space or by calling our main office line at (775) 849-8733.
A full refund, exclusive of setup and processing fees, will be issued if a cancellation is requested at least 3 business days prior to a reservation. If less than 3 business days notice is given, a 50% refund will be issued.
