Prominently located along Hwy 50 in the Round Hill shopping center, Untethered is close to the best that Zephyr Cove, NV and Lake Tahoe has to offer. The beach, trails, great food, & shopping are all within walking distance. 

Nevada Beach is a 10-15 minute walk along a beautiful Tahoe forest path. Restaurants such as Casey’s American Grill, Harumi Sushi, Los Mexicanos, and more are across the parking lot in the shopping center. Heavenly Mountain can be accessed via the Gondola at the Heavenly Village or the Stagecoach/Boulder Lodge bases, all within a 10-minute drive.

We are! Any new dog visitor must be cleared with our team prior to entering the building and both owners and their VIP (very important pup) must follow our dog policy at all times. Please contact us for more information.

Cancellation Policies

To cancel a conference room reservation, please email team@untethered.space or call (775) 749-8733.

A non-refundable $50 setup fee applies to all half-day (4+ hours) or longer conference room reservations or reservations holds. For all bookings, credit card processing fees (~3%) are non-refundable.

Cancellations requested more than 3 business days before your reservation day are eligible for a full refund less any applicable setup and credit card processing fees. Cancellations made on shorter notice, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund. Example: For a Thursday reservation, a cancellation notice must be received by 5pm the previous Friday to receive a refund.

Membership and day pass purchases are non-refundable. If you’re unable to use a single day pass you’ve purchased in advance, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll reschedule it for any other day within 12 months of the original purchase date. Day pass bundles do not expire.

If we are unable to accommodate your conference room reservation, day pass, or membership purchase due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be offered.

Meeting and Call Room Reservation Policies

Day passes and desk memberships include meeting room use with no additional fee. Reservations are required for all meeting rooms, whether you need one for 15 minutes or 5 hours, and can be made in the mobile app.  

Day passes include up to 3 hours in our call booths or small meeting rooms, which include desks, chairs, and a closable door for privacy. Additional hours can be reserved for $15/hour. We also offer a limited number of Day Office passes if you need a private space for yourself for the entire workday.

Conference Rooms for Groups

If you are not a member, we do have a limited number of meeting rooms available for outside parties to book by the hour, half-day, and full-day, with rates depending upon the size of the room. See our meeting room page for more information.

Our team can assist with additional services such as catering, lodging, and alternate table/seating arrangements for an additional fee. Reservations may be cancelled by staff due to non-receipt of advance invoice payment.

Our building is locked and secure at all times. Desk and Office Members have digital key access to open the doors, including outside of normal staffed business hours. Visitors or guests must be accompanied by a member at all times. 

Day passes are active for building access from 5am – 8pm. No guests are permitted on day passes, they are valid for one person only.

There is no public entrance or reception staff, but our team can be reached during business hours (9am – 5pm) via the app, email, text, or phone. We are often able to respond outside of these hours, but it is schedule dependent if we can get back to you during personal time.

Our desk memberships are charged on a monthly recurring basis, but can be canceled at any time. In the area for a few months, or even just a few weeks? That’s fine!

Absolutely! Our space is designed to wow your clients as much as it is to help you be productive. We have a variety of lounge areas and private meeting space to suit your needs. See our Meeting Space page for more info.

We do! Day pass users are welcome to book any of our call rooms or small meeting rooms during the day for up to 3 hours while on active calls or in meetings, at no additional cost. We have 4 call rooms located in the main desk area as well as additional small meeting rooms throughout the building. Additional time can be reserved for $15/hour.

If you need more time in a private space, we also offer a limited number of day office passes for $100/day.

We like to meet with and tour anyone interested in a membership or private office to make sure we know what you are looking for, how best to meet your needs, and to ensure we are the right space for you. There is no formal application process. All members receive this handy member guide as a reference and reminder of our membership policies and to answer frequently asked questions about the space.

Parking for all members and their guests is free and available on a first come first serve basis.
