Untethered Workspaces offer a variety of membership options to meet the needs of your business, whether that means a meeting room for a few hours or a private office for your day to day.
While pricing and detailed options may vary by location, each Untethered space offers daypasses for visitors on vacation and residents who just need a temporary place to work. We also offer monthly unlimited desk rentals. Whether you are just looking for a place to drop in a couple times a week, or are looking for a dedicated spot to work every day our monthly memberships are the perfect option for those looking to get out of the home office and join our community. Private office space is available for people looking to get out of the home office, or reducing costs. Our offices range in size from single person offices to offices that fit small teams comfortably.
Untethered membership options include full access to each location’s full range of amenities: internet, utilities, meeting space, coffee, tea, snacks, community events and more. Please contact us to schedule a tour at the location that suits you best.

Is working in an open desk area noisy and distracting?
Not usually, no! Each of our locations has community guidelines for ensuring that everyone can have a productive workday. This may include requesting members take calls from phone booths or meeting rooms instead of in common space, or designating certain work areas as quiet zones. Each community works together in a coworking space to make it a great working environment.
Are there minimum terms for membership?
Desk memberships are month-to-month subscriptions. You may end them and restart them as needed.
For private offices, minimum terms are typically 6-months or 12-months for private offices depending on which community you are joining. Longer terms may also be negotiated.
What’s included?
At Untethered, all utilities (electric, gas, sewer, water and trash removal) are included in the monthly fee. Also included is high speed Internet, basic I.T. support and security, printing, scanning, copying, coffee & tea, snacks, conference room use by reservation, use of smaller meeting space by reservation, access to any member events, all other shared spaces, breakrooms or kitchen space, and 24 hour access via our mobile app. Desk memberships include a desk & office chair.
What’s not included?
Private Office Furniture (may vary by location) & Computer Equipment. We like to let our members furnish their own spaces in order to best suit their workday needs. However, we often have desks, chairs, and other small pieces of furniture that can be borrowed for private offices. Desk memberships include a desk & chair.
Phone lines and front desk reception are also not included. To set up a phone line, you will need to contact your preferred provider. Guests or clients must be met by the member by appointment. As our buildings are locked, no walk-ins are allowed.
